Not Eating

Hi to all!

I'm very new to this so please bare with me.

I went out town for 3 days and boarded my cat (I've done this
several times before) The first day we returned home Simba was
just ok but the last 2 days he has not eaten nor will he walk. His
eyes are a little weepy too. I'm terrified as to what might be wrong. Please help

Take your cat to the vets asap.

They are the experts and may be able to give advice over the phone.

PPS. My RB family cat Lindy, did stop eating once, when she was in a cattery. But once she was home she had no problems eating/walking etc.

Also, you should ring the cattery Simba was boarded at.

They should know if there is any illness going around the cats.

If they allowed her to get sick, they may cover your vet bills.

He could have picked up something at the kennel. Or it could be stress related. Either way, the best thing to do is have a vet evaluate the condition. A cat that does not eat can cause damage to his systems in as little as 3 days.
In the mean time, try giving him the smelliest food available. (cats won't eat if they can't smell, and if he is stuffed up that could be part of the problem.)

Sounds like your kitty may have picked up something at the boarders! Yes, take him to the vet and please let us know what you find out!! GOOD LUCK!!!
