Spent $40 + at Petsmart last night

man..I am addicted to that place...I am in high heaven when I go in there...I bought a bag of dry Authority kitten food , a 30lb container of kitty litter, 4 bags of cat treats, new pair of kitty clippers, and ummm..a whole case of authority canned cat food......the lady at the register thought I had at least a dozen cats...Steve thought I was crazy! anyone else go crazy when they are in this store?
Since we have 2 cats now, it adds to our grocery list, and I have to go to a seperate store almost always now....

I love that place too! I bought refills for my Petflow Drinking Fountain along with some LIVE CATNIP!!! Wow, did my kitties destroy that one tiny plant... before I even got it in the ground!!!

My daughter turned in an application there as well, a very nice lady that helped us said she would see to it that my daughter gets called! Wouldn't it be great to have a PetSmart employee in the family!!!?

PetSmart is a great store. I also applied like 3 months ago. I called once a week and got the run around. I finally went to the store and talked to the manager that ENCOURAGED me to apply. He said they already hired someone Pissed me off.

    Good luck with your applications.

I also enjoy shopping for my cats. I don't go to Petsmart very often because it's not very close to me. I have a lot of Petco's close by but they seem to be more expensive. I've now become a big fan of Pet Club. It reminds me of a Costco for animals. It's a big wharehouse and the prices are great. They e-mail their weekly specials too. I try not to go too often because I end up spending too much money. The last time I went I spent about $70.00. I did buy feliway which was about $20 something dollars though. I usually just buy my cats food and litter there. I found out that they also sell frontline and advantage too.

Thank the Gods for that small mercy - no petsmart here in Brisbane yet!

My favorit pet store is Pet Supplies Plus. Great prices. They have a brand of scoopable cat litter for $6.98 for a 40 pound bag. With 13 cats, that price is a godsend.
I buy my food at the vet's, but the have a lot to choose from and also good prices. I do buy my mouse food and toys there, carriers, new sisal scratching post (last week), the cats' favorite toys and dishes....etc... I really do spend more money on the cats then I do on myself. (and the mice!!!!!!!!!!!When I first got the mice, and needed to set up their homes, I got the mice for about $2 a piece and spent over $75 on STUFF!) And that was only for my first 3, when I started getting more mice, and more aquariums, I needed to get more STUFF !

I don't have a PetCo or PetSmart near me either, but I do have a Pet Supplies Plus. I love it!
I average anywhere from $25 to $50 there!
I usually buy my litter there, or at Walmart since I use Tidy Cat.
I have to buy the girls food there, b/c I buy Royal Canin.

I love that place too, but they always have those kittens up for adoption there. Not that I don't like it, but I always feel so bad for those cats, and my parents don't let me get any. Once, we were so close to adopting one, I was so happy. I thought about it all night, but then my mom said that we can't get one. I got so mad after. Everytime I go, I always spend most of my time looking at them and petting them. They actually let me go in a few times.
But I don't shop at petsmart that often, only if we're shopping for other stuff around there we go sometimes. We usually go to Pet Valu, which I like going to too. That's because the one that I go to has a dog and cat there, and I love playing with that dog. I like the cat too, but he's always sleeping, and I don't think he likes me bothering his sleep.
