puppies

my friends dog had puppies about 7-8 weeks ago (cant remember ahk) and there are 2 left who are in need of homes. a male and a female. the mother was pure siberian husky, and the father was a german shepherd/ mastiff/ rottwieller X. the puppies look exactly like rotties with tails at the moment. they r really really cute, so it anyone wants one, ill give you the number. they r located in Kelowna, British Columbia, the pups are free, but im not sure if they have had their shots yet. they r not fixed.

nobody at all?! ahk! i guess nobody here is near enough to the okanagan to get one...but if you r u must mention these pups to ur friends!! the owners r getting desperate....they need to find homes for these poor illegitemate puppies...they r healthy and cute..the are black with rottie markings only one has a gray spot on its chest and the other has white paws....they will be medium sized. The father is past my waist, but the mother is only up to about the middle of my thigh...im 5'6, u do the math...they r already huge....seriously, timber was smaller than them when she was 4 months....so anybody?!! eeeeep

Were you closer to more people here, I am sure you'd have better luck. Have you listed them on Petfinder.org?

I would take them in a second, but can't 1--I'm too far away, and 2--my husband would kill me, and 3--we live in an apartment right now. Try cross posting, or as Karen suggested, petfinder.

I thought this was a rescue board? I am suprised to see BYB puppies listed here.

As someone who does rescue in British Columbia I just have to say that given the numbers of rottie cross breeds that die in shelters all the time I am really unimpressed with your "friends" - now a whole new generation of mixed breeds are out there perpetuating the cycle. How utterly irresponsible.

Not trying to start anything, but I think wolfsoul is trying to help out a friend, and find good homes for the puppies. On Pet Talk, everyone loves animals, so this was a good place to post. Maybe it was irresponsible on the friend's part, but wolfsoul is just trying to help out.

like i said, they r illigetimate puppies, meaning they were a complete accident...u know how obstinate huskies can be, and she broke her chain and ran off where my other neighbors dog happily impregnated her *sigh* they were gonna give the mother an abortion (not because they hate puppies, they just didnt want them to end up in shelters) but the pregnancy wasnt apparent for quite a while and by then it was too late....her nipples never showed for quite a long time, so they didnt want to pay a bunch of money at the vets if she wasnt even pregnant...thanx for sticking up for me lovemyshiba....i am just trying to find the puppies good homes so they can finally become accustomed to the family they can look forward to for the rest of their lives..

i think the pups have homes now...im not exactly sure, but i havent seen them for a while....nobody seems to be close enough to take one anyway, so i guess thats that....i hope they have wonderful caring happy homes
