I think each charger is different. If there is no instruction label on the charger, try looking it up on line.

It depends. The latest generations tend to be faster to charge, but 7h is very well possible, that does not surprise me at all.
depends on the charger.. I have one that takes way over 7hrs.. and another that does the same in 2hrs..

Like everyone has said depends on the charger and batteries. I have 4 different types. 1 takes 2 hours to fully charge, another takes 4 hrs to fully charge and the last 2 take a whooping 8 hours to fully charge.
