    North Platte NE

    I never knew the history behind North Platt, NE. Very uplifting and inspiring. Great video. If you have grandparents still living, I'll bet they have memories of this....

    Very interesting!

    My Dad was aboard ship for the trip West. But once the war ended, he took the train cross country to get back home - From California to Boston.

    I will share this w/him in the AM.

    I lived in North Platte between the ages of 5 & 13. Can't believe I never heard about that. Very interesting, thanks!
