    Easiest Key Lime Pie!!

This was really good, and really easy!

    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup lime juice

Whisk together all ingredients, cook over medium heat until thickened, pour into a graham pie shell, and bake for 15 minutes.

    DONE!!

I LOVE key lime, and this was so easy to do! Anyone else have any Key Lime Pie recipes to share?? I'd love to try some others too!

Is that 3/4 cup of lime juice, or 3-4 limes worth of juice?

I just remade it 2 days ago, and instead of lime used lemon, and it was tasty also. This time I just made it as pudding, no crust, so I just chilled it before I served it instead of baking it.

Sorry, didn't see the questions.... yup, bake at 350*

I don't know that I would bake them in cupcake tins without anything to give it a crust. You'd just be scooping out custard, which is yummy, but not a suitable server. You could use little custard cups and bake them, and serve in a custard cup, or a cup you use for individual creme brulees. Without the crust there is no support for the custard, that's all.

You can use low fat sweetened condensed milk.... the eggs though, unless they are low cholesterol ones, they still have to be the same.
