    This afternoon I got a call from Dr. Lewis, the "regular" vet. She said she'd gotten a fax today from the emergency clinic with the pathology report for Bob's pancreas biopsy.. (the report that they had told me would take 10-14 days to get).

    It said that his pancreas was basically NORMAL!!!!!!!!!

    The areas of concern showed cellular hyperplasia .. meaning an excess of cell growth in the area (not to be confused with hypOplasia [as in cerebellar], meaning fewer cells). The cell growth is not a type associated with malignancy, though.

    HALLELUJAH! How great is that to know my beloved Bobby doesn't have pancreatic cancer!
