We have exactly same fence here, and ALL our 4 cats, even 3 legged Snoopy, jumps to the other side in a second

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence and if she really wanted to, she would get out of that fence, she would. I had a friend that had a 6 foot high privacy fence and he had 2 cats that could climb it/jump it. That hurricane fence is a piece of cake for smart feline. She is lovely sitting there waiting for you to turn your back.

Pssst, Missy ~ It is very easy to climb a chain fence. I used to do it all the time until my captors put a roof over the Kitty Kompound.
Ask your vet about microchipping. ~ It could have saved Kuhio's life.
