Kitty Nicknames....Let's hear them.

I am pretty sure we had one of these before but I am not 100% sure so...let's do it....AGAIN!!!

If possible let's post a pic of our kitty with their alias and why they have that nickname.

First I will start with Vixen.
Vixen aka The Calico Cloud: this nickname came from the fact that she is a calico and poofy (hehehehe) also because hubby says she is an angel and angels live in the clouds. (He is such a mush)


Next is Phoenix.
Phoenix aka The Terror. She had a hard life for a few years before she came to us and she has some issues. She is a different cat from when she first arrived but still she has her moments and is a demon when she has them.


Number 3 on the list is Bella.
Bella aka Buddha Bella. This nickname came about due to her buddha belly. It is so good to see her having some weight on and she is now about 10 lbs. Not bad for the little 6 lbs kitty we took in with 4 babies 5 months ago.


Vega is #4.
Vega aka The Balinese Blaze. Well her nickname comes from the way she blows through the house like a wild fire and of course because she is a balinese.


And last but certainly not least the only little man in the house Frost.
Frost aka The Silver Bullet. Silver is pretty self explainatory and bullet well that is because when this guys does zoomies around the house he is like a shot out of a gun.

Well, I only have one cat. But he has a ton of nicknames. Tazmoe, Tazmosis, Tazzy, Fat Cat (he use to be 21lbs.), Mosephine, MoeMoe, Mozer, Baby Boy. That's all I can think of at the moment.



Actually, he was heavier in this pic than he is now. But he's still got all that belly skin that sways as he runs down the hall.

Bouncer is Pudge Cat as she used to be over 20 pounds but has trimmed a little, and Princess.

Zingo is Zingz, Zingmonster and the Purr Monster as he has the loudest purr!

Oatmeal is Oatster, not sure why

Hunter is Squeaks as he makes these cute these cute little squeaky chirpy sounds.

Scooter is 'Cooter, just because, and Scoot Scoot

Turbo is Tubber or Tub Tubz

Edwina is called D'ween and Eddie...for reasons now lost to history is McFarland or Farlie.

Cassie has had a bunch of nicknames since she's been with me. Sometimes I'm surprised at how she responds to them! First she was Boo - because of Shirley's "Boo-Boo Kitty" on Laverne and Shirley. Sometimes she's Bug and that led somehow to Bean. Boo led to Shmoo. A dear friend started calling her Cassie Lassie ... I got another nickname from another Cassie on Catster whose nickname is Cassie Molassie. My sister calls her Cookie Puss... after I did South Pacific I started to call her Honey Bun ... She's 12 now, so I figure she's earned all these over the course of a lifetime.

My fur-nephew Milo gets called Bud or Buddy sometimes: "Hi, Bud!" Or Mister Milo. I call him the honey boy because he's orange.

My sister's kitties - Poco was Pokey Smokes, Smokey Poke, Poc's, Pokester, and Sweety. Poco was the first Honey Boy in our family. Jasmine was Jazz, Jazzie, Minna, and little girl because she was always a petite kitty. They will meet us on the rainbow bridge. I hope Jasmine is as much of a snuggle kitty in heaven as she was in life.

Puddy is Shnorky, Shnorky Doodle, Pudster, Pudilator, Pudmeister, Queenie, Woobly and Brat Cat.

Creamsicle is Cgirl, The Sleeping Dragon, Silly Silly, Silliness and Brat Cat 2.

Yoda is Yodie Yodie, Yodie the Yowler, Yodie the Yodeler.

Coco Puff is Booper, Booper Boy, Kokopelli, Blue Eyes, Nebby and Trouble

Boo is Boo Bear, Boo Bear Buddy, Le Plagan (meaning 'black cat' in Zulu), Oscar the Grouch and Handsome Boy

Pigeon is Pidgey Pie, Green Eyed Lady and Soot Foot

Specs is Speckers, Sissy Boy and Andy

My RB Peeka was Peekie and Peeka Pie

Boo is Boozer, Boo Dozer, Sweetie Pie, & Punkin.

Dusty's nickname was 'Musty Dusty' - my mom started calling her that because it rhymed, and eventually she'd answer to it. Course she would stick her head into all kinds of cobweby musty places hence her name Dusty because of the cobwebs she'd get on her whiskers.

Jack (who's full name is actually Jack Frost) his nickname is 'Jack Sprat Could Eat No Fat' - We started calling him that when he showed up because he was so painfully anorexic thin that you could see his hip and rib bones. We fed him alot and he ate like a pig but his weight gain seemed slow in comparison. He finally fattened up and filled out in about 8-10 months of good care.

Bear's nickname is 'Bearsie Wearsie' - my mom came up with it and he answers to it now no particular reason except in rhymes.

Pooky has several nicknames:
'Pokey Pooky' - because he likes to poke at things including his brother Bear.
'Pookster' - because he runs around like a race car driver.
'Pookus' - just sounds cute
Also when he's really playful and gets the crazy kitty syndrome we call it 'Pookitis'. ROFL

Cami (who's full name is Cami-flage) her nicknames are 'Cami Kitty' or 'Wild Child'.

Sabrina (who was named after the TV show Sabrina the Teenage Witch which I thought was appropriate for a tortie) her nickname is 'Witchy'. Mom gave her that nickname after Sabrina bit her while playing.

Sassy's nicknames are: 'Sassy Girl', and 'Muffit' (shortened version of little miss muffit)

Josh's nickname is 'Motorboat' because he's always talking in some way with little muffled meows or sounds that come out like 'mmuurrroouu'.

Ash, Ashy boy,Astoni martioni (his mafia-soprano name lol) Ashes galashes.

Lexie, really is only princess lexie most of the time for obvious reasons.

Ellie-mae, nutella, madella,because she is a little insane, but gorgeous with it.

Nikkita, is Nikki, nixie, pixie,vixie,pumpkin,precious,poodle-pops, Kitza lol.

Then they all have there middle names, which are lexie Jasmine poppy,Ashton Elliot,Nikkita marie bethany Rose, and Ellie-mae Jezabelle Leigh..i call these their moggy pedigree names lol.

Cole - Fluffy Boy, My Pudge, Sheepskin, Blessed Cat, Baby Boy, Oh My Tummy (because it is so fluffy and he shows it off), My Little Prince, My Gold-Eyed Boy

Oscar has been here longer than Cole, so Cole is still catching up on nicknames!
