Lake pictures,Cottage,Camel

The first two pictures I took from the dock on Friday looking South and North on Lake Kashagawigamog near Haliburton,Ontario.The one facing North looks the best,the sun was in the South .The third picture I took was from inside the cottage,the next 3 I took yesterday of the back and front of the cottage,Mom in the doorway.The middle window at the back on the second floor is where I slept.The cottage used to belong to a friend of Larry's who died in a car accident a few years ago.The have had some problems there recently.The entire deck around the cottage had to to taken down,problem with the foundation and a septic system had to be put in.The next one is the boathouse,it is a mess inside,Larry never got around to cleaning it out.Picture of the lake i took yesterday.note the water level of the lake,it has been a dry summer,Mom thinks the one side of the lake has receded 20 feet,rocks are visible on the other side that normally shouldn't.Also note the color of the leaves and leaves reflecting in the water.A picture I took on the way home of a Camel in a field.The man the built the place,has Camels and Llamas there.I saw 2 Camels out yesrterday,no Llamas,got a picture of one, didn't think I could get it as I was taking it from our van while moving.

Now, that looks like the place I would like to have a vacation, Barry. How cool!! I can see why you all had such a great time and a wonderful Thanksgiving. The camel is so unusual. Great pictures!!

It's a small world, since I just came back from Haliburton today. I have a cottage there and also know of the camels and llamas you speak about. When you're expecting bears and deer to be in the area the camels/llamas really catch you off guard!
