    My Flock (Bio & Pics)

Hey there, I jsut joined yesterday and I would like to introduce my flock of birds.

Starting With My Cockatiels, Pepito Pepita, & Tito.

Pepito & Pepita were my sister's bird until she decided she didn't want them anymore , so now I'm their caretaker. Tito was given to me after losing two of my cockatiels under my mom's care while I was in crutches One, Nookie died (of unknown causes), the other, Pookie flew away.

Here's Cece my parakeet. She's been with us for quite sometime. She's gone through two mates, one Bebe who died of unknown causes, the other Jojo flew away along with Pookie under my mom's care.

Here's the newest addition to the flock, Toto, who's now Cece's newest mate.

    Tito

Mixture of my current birds, Pepito & Pepita the cockatiels, Cece the parakeet; Didi & Pepe my dogs; and my old cockatiels Pookie & Nookie, and my old parakeet Jojo.

My old (Pookie & Nookie) & current cockatiels (Pepito & Pepita) & my current parakeet, Cece.

My previous cockatiels, Pookie & Nookie & my old parakeet Jojo. Pookie loved to bob his head and do the whistle wolf and some tune which I never heard before.

RIP NOOKIE, she was a really sweet bird who liked to perch herself on your shoulders and play with your necklace & earrings.

And thats all, I hope you've enjoyed the pictures

    Gorgeous fids! :]
So sorry to hear of some of your birds' passings. Its never easy to accept the loses.
On another note, its so nice to see another bird owner here! I can never get enough of seeing other member's fids.
I, myself, am owned by a quaker, indian ringneck, & 2 cockatiels.

Here is a picture of two of my girls:

Lilly(left) & Gir(right). lol, Gir isn't too fond of Lilly.

They are all lovely and tons of fun I am sure. Do any talk or just whistle?

My daughter has one named Sammy and he does Take me out to the Ballgame, the Wolf Whistle and Beethoven's 5th.

Actually Pookie & Nookie were the only ones that liked to whistle. The boy of course more than the girl. But all they do is chirp. Now quite the noisemakers, and with 5 birds I thought this was going to be one noisey household, but to my suprise these guys are real quite. The biggest nosiemaker is the smallest one, Toto.
