Add Pictures?

Hey all -
I see so many of you with pictures in your posts - but I can't seem to figure out how to do it without making it an "attachment". Would you mind sharing your tips?

I know there's a tutorial that our Phred did out there somewhere on the site. Hang in there, someone will find it for you. It took me forever to learn how to do it because I'm so computer illiterate.
