    Dog Sitting!

My father-in-law is out of town for a couple weeks, so I am taking care of Nytron for him. I moved Kayleigh into a different pen so he has her pen and access to the shop...he can't be out in the main pack and he's not particularly cat friendly! My FIL left his truck parked in the shop and put Nytron's crate inside the truck.

He does love his crate! He was a little out of sorts at first, but seems to be settling in. He's been in a lot of places and been through a lot in the past 6 weeks so he was probably a little confused about being here!!

As a husky owner, this amazes me--no matter how many times I throw that ball, he brings it back and does it with great delight. The huskies think he's insane!

    Such a handsome boy!

He is gorgeaus!! If I ever get a purbred gsd I want it to look just like him! I love the GSD's that have mostly black faces. Me and a friend raised money for the "Vest a Dog" foundation (you can read the story about it in the "chicken soup for the dog lovers soul" or something like that, not our story, but a story about the foundation) and the police dog in our city looks a lot like Nytron and I fell in love with him!

    Great pictures! He's stunning!

He's such a handsome boy! I'm so happy he has such a lobing home now. Nytron really seems like he's an excellent companion.

That's great that he gets to visit you! Sounds like he's doing well with your FIL, too. What did you do with Kayleigh? Does she seem put-out at leaving her home?
I guess I have an unusual husky - Star fetches balls too. Over and over and over again. She used to launch herself off the deck at our old house, now she does it to "show off" at the dog park.
