whats with people commendeering my stuff?

ok its my mom that commendeers my stuff, my dad gave me a CD Player for my birthday, I got to use is ONCE before my mom asked if she could borrow it for freestyle one day, I said sure, I have not been able to touch it since! I told my dad so I am giving it to her for christmas and my dad gave me an MP3 Player instead for x-mas today(he is going out of town tomorow) immedetly my mom is eyeing it and thinking of ways to take it over!

like really, think I could have one music playing object that I dont have to ask to use when it belongs to me?

Keep it 100% out of sight.. If she asks for it, say a friend is borrowing it. When you take itout, hide it in your pocket, or in your sock under your pants. To hide it in your bedroom, put it under the matress at the end of the bed (it should be fine there)
