    Peanut & her friend

Peanut was being goofy again and wanted to pose with her friend. Usually she is seen pummeling this poor mousie to death as you can tell my the missing eye and missing tail.

How 'bout a profile shot meowmy?

Awww Peanut, you made a cross species friend! Is he the only special friend or do you like all furry mice?

What a cute sweetie playing with her one-eyed, tailless mouse! That is a profile I could never get tired of seeing....

Speaking of toy mice... last night I got up to use the bathroom. I noticed something behind the waste basket....and behind the toilet. Looked like a leaf or something (did I mention I did not have glasses on???) So I reached over to pick it up....YIKES....it is furry...then I realized it was one of Eddie's toy mice. All I can figure is he was shooting baskets with it and overshot. Too lazy to retrieve it I guess....

i found what I thought was a Toy Mouse that The Princess was playing with, one day when we first moved in.
But it was what was left of a real mouse,so I buried him at sea.
She loves to go out in the spring and catch mice,as they think that they are safe. But a Huntress is a Huntress, even when mostly blind.

The caption for that side shot... Where'd all the mice go? They were here a minute ago!"

I busted out laughing at those pictures. I can not believe she let you do that and THEN take pictures of her!! TO funny!

Debbie this is adorable! Now what I want to know is how long did she let the mouse stay there?
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Sara - Eeeeewwwwww!!! Even though you realized it was just one of Eddie's mice, the initial reaction - EEEEEEEeeewwwwwww!!!!

Catnapper - This is not the only one. She has another just like this one but all gray. Just like this one in that it's missing it's tail (never found either of them) and one eye. Evidently she prefers one-eyed tailless micies.

Lut - I remember that picture of Sydney. It was always one of my favorites of him.

Lisa - the amazing thing is Terry originally put the mouse on her head and she left it there for about 5 minutes. Of course, the second I go for the camera she moves and knocks it off but he was able to put it on her head again and get her to sit still just long enough to get these two pics.

Thanks everybody. She is really spunky these days. I don't know what has gotten into her, but I'm not complaining one bit!
