    Blanket Mouse

Snowball loves to play blanket mouse. He just loves when you move your hand under the comforter and puts his teeth into it thinking he has cought a mouse. Trust me when I tell you that he means business with his teeth, as though the comforter is thick, one can still feel his teeth. Accidents have happened though, once he was laying on my stomach and thought he noticed a mouse under the blanket. Er.., maybe we shoudn't go there except to say it wasn't my hand and I let out a scream .

Any other PTers cats like to play blanket mouse?

Oh yes My lil Lexie loves this game, but we play it with our feet instead, trouble is sometimes we are not playing, just moving our feet and ouch before ya know it she has done a pounce, bit of rude awakening half way during the night, most nights she is pretty docile though and sleeps, it is just when she is becoming bored and wants those hooman's to wake up she stirs and gets a little playful.

My Finnigan does the same thing although as he's a 12 year old I would have thought by now that he'd know it wasn't a real mouse.

Eeeek. That makes me wince, and I don't even have one of those "mice."

When I was little I had two kittens, Pinto and Boots, and they used to go that in the middle of the night with my feet! The first time they did it, I screamed the house down.

One of my herds favorite games! Imagine at least four all pouncing to attack the hidden prey though. And yes Brian....get your drift...and won't go there either lol! Chip loves helping make the bed. I have to throw the covers over him time after time, and say "where's Chip"?? He gurgles a reply, and heads back under to play the game again. My crazy black Siamese who I always tell "you're crazy, and I'm crazy about you"! I get rewarded with another gurgle, and a nose rub lol!
