    Chinchilla Help

I voted 10 years & the poll is 10 yr or 20 yr.. Well I dont know why not you can train an animal to do just about anything.. However I would think the animal needs to be young when you start the training..

If the chilla owners here don't have what you want, ask that question at http://www.chins-n-quills.com/forums/

Chins can live between 10 and 20 years to the best of my knowledge.

    Thank you Wolf_Q!

chins can live to 20 years easily.
and they can be trained, but you have to gain their trust first. lots of times chinchillas won't let you touch them if they wern't properly socialized young.

Not to forget our little foster dog Velma Dinkley!

Chins can live usually 15-20 years.. I tried really hard to litter train my 2 girls, and it wasn't easy..they rather chew a litter box then urinate in it.. and they don't have any control over their bowels, I call then "pez despensers" because they poop contantly.. you'll always know where your chinchilla has hidden if it escapes...just follow the train of poop lol.
