Bonnie will chase the laser light as long as we will shine it for her. It is a great help on days when it is too rainy or cold to get outdoor exercise. She stands by the shelf where it is kept and barks until one of us gets it down for her. When we shine it on the ceiling, she'll follow it with her eyes until it comes down the wall, then make a grab for it.
When she gets tired of running after it, she will stalk it and stare.
Of course we are very careful not to shine it in her eyes.
