London bombings, no one can contact my cousins!

Did you hear about the three bombs in the London subway and one in the double decker bus durring rush hour this morning? I was at the airport and I saw it on the tv at the chillies. My uncle, aunt, ans two cousins are in London visiting friends from when they lived there. They did not leave anyone an itinerary so no one knows where they are and we have all been trying to contact them all day! Please hope that they are ok!

My boss and co-workers are in London. They are all safe, but say that cell phone and phone service has been very difficult for people to get through. So we hope your cousins and family are fine, and just having phone trouble. London is a huge city, and imagine that everyone there has just two family members suddenly trying to contact them - that would bog down anyone's phone service, even if parts of the city hadn't been damaged.
