Post your gripes here. I've got a quick one. I don't like to see people join this great site just so they can advertise/sell stuff. That really rubs me the wrong way. That's not what this place is about.

a quick gripe, huh? hmmmm......let's see.....i hate that vacuums never seem to have the capacity to allow ALL of the suction to come through the attachments. Like tonight, I'm vacuuming. I pull the hose out to vacuum the corners, stairs, and, furniture....I hate that there is still so much suction being wasted on the floor from the regular vacuum. Irritating. So, yeah, there's my gripe.

Minor rants.... hmmm.... I hate summer. Everything about it. The bugs, the weeds, the humidity, the allergies, the kids & hubby being home all day. Yuck. Autumn, please come soon!

I don't mind the grape vines on the banking, but they COULD stop reaching for my car! There's now other Wild Potato Vine, and some other one I don't even recognize that are twining themselves through the grapevines, and I keep stripping them off of one of the "bird-planted" sunflower stalks there at the foot of the banking, to give at least ONE a fighting chance!

And yesterday I spent time hacking back the trumpt vine to nothing. Again. It tries to take over my poor daylillies on the one sunny side of the house. I cut it back to literally ground level several times every year. And it doesn't even seem to slow it down!

Here's my gripe! How could it took me a couple weeks to GAIN weight and take me months to LOSE it! Grr.....the medicine I have to take makes me gain weight and I'm losing it slowly but man! - SLOWLY is the correct word for sure!

People who I would describe as a killjoy, they just have to make even the simplest of lifes pleasures miserable for others, that really bugs the heck out of me.

I've heard of bats in the belfry, but this is getting ridiculous. I love nature, which is why we moved out to where we did, but this morning I woke up to Lady running circles in the bedroom. Normally this is an indication of "Dad, I need to go out NOW", but not this time. She was running around the bed following a bat flying circles around the ceiling. Tonight a bat was in my son's room...........mice, no problem, buy traps. Ants? Bug spray/ant traps. BATS? LOL

We just put in a new pool this summer..we have NO trees..but our neighbors have 2 HUGE pine trees and its a daily battle fishing the pine needles out..I HATE that!!

I hate when people make rude comments about Winston's ears being cropped, it's not as if *I* personally did that to him. He came to me like that and if it really bothers people that much to look at him then just don't. I don't sit here and say rude stuff about other peoples' dogs and their owners, so I don't think they should do that to me and my dog either. To me, a dog is a dog. All should be loved equally no matter what they may look like......

quick grip... staying overnight at a friends house, when is is unbelivably hot and humid, and they have NO air conditioning, and NO fans.

this happend last night, we did not sleep...at all, we were walking the streets at 1 AM, as there was at least a tiny breeze outside lol I was so glad to walk into my nice central air conditioned house lol

When people go from saying they're your friend one week to saying they don't want you in their life the very next. Especially with no explanation, no warning, no chance to talk, no chance to change anything, to apologize, nothing. It's a burden that is so hard to carry. And, yet, it's almost impossible to set it down, because then it makes you feel like a failure and that you're just giving up. Ah, well......I just hate when someone has a problem with you and they decide to just figure it out in their own head. I mean, really....if two people have an issue, it's going to take two to solve it. Sorry, just a very personal rant. I'm fine, just thoughtful tonight.

My husband makes lots of noise when he eats...tonight at dinner it just bugged me. It sounds like he is a vacuum cleaner and he has to suck in all the food.
