Remember that teacher who dated her student andserved time,,,, well they are planning thier wedding and an interview is being aired next week on Entertainment Tonight.... I for one am happy for them,, they are adults now and VERY in love,,, didnt much care for the way they started all those yrs ago,,, but hey,, it worked out for them,,YAY for love!!!!

Since she's in my area the media covers her at least once a week. I understand love but I'm 37 and can't imagine falling for a 12 year old. Just strange to me.

I feel so sorry for the children ~ All of her children (including her child-husband).

Her ex-husband and their children live here in Alaska. How awful for them to be constantly embarassed by her. I really think she's mentally ill.

How old is the guy, now? I don't know if she's mentally ill or not, but, even someone with a sickness needs love, too. And, if he's willing to be that person, I hope everything works out. Love is hard to come by. I remember when all that happened, the whole thing was just too much at the time, but, he's an adult now. Nothing wrong there.

I feel very sorry for the children. There's something really wrong with someone who gets sexually involved with a kid that young. And the relationship is certainly not healthy. That guy didn't stand a chance of having a normal life and she is all he knows. I just can't believe that the media is giving her all kinds of publicity like she's being rewarded for being a child molester. And that's what she did. She's sick and shouldn't be allowed to have any more kids. They will probably end up as screwed up as she is.

IMO she is one sick woman, who seduced a young innocent child, she is nothing more than a child molestor, I certainly cannot condone their relationship, I see nothing cute about it at all.

He may well be an adult now, but she robbed him of his childhood, and he is still young,does he really know what true love is?, she manipulated this young boy, and should be ashamed of herself, it is NOT normal to fall in love with a 12 year old boy, imagine if it had been your child, how would you feel.

Enough said, this whole thing just riles my emotions up bigtime.

she did her time, if its the boys - actually man?'s decision to continue the relationship then goodie for them. As long as shes no longer targeting children, I don't see why shes still in the news. Shes getting married? Congrats.

If the tables were turned and it was a man who was the older, supposedly wiser, party with a 12 year old girl would it be ok for them to now be getting married? I think not - there would be huge public outcry. So is this right just because the grown up was the woman? Not a bit. She abused that young boy and that is wrong. I hope that one day he is able to break the spell and leave her.

She did abuse him, at the whole thing just turns my stomach.

I watched Larry King Live when she was on one day, and I was just in complete shock. She was speaking about what an "old soul" he had and how she was his soul mate. She isn't normal in her head. On that program they also mentioned that she met him when he was in the third grade. They didn't start the "romance" until he was twelve. The whole thing is sickening.

As a poster above said, I feel sorry for her children and family. They must be humiliated.

Regardless of how they got together,,, he is happy as can be,, loves her beyond reason and vice versa...... shes 43 and he is now 22,,,, I think thier love got off to a bad start,,, 12 was indeed too young,,,, but wow,,, they are adults now,, and his childhood WASNT robbed from him,, he went to parties and had a typical teenagers life,,, except for the negative things regarding thier early yrs together.... thier daughters were cared for by his mom,,, he helped,, but overall,,, his mom took over.....

I think they are soulmates for sure,,,,, be damned the publics opinions..... Love rules!!!! I wish them ALL the happiness in the world!!!!
