Friday night Van Helsing's Curse was playing at the Royal Oak Music Theatre. Dee Snider is the one who put it together. Van Helsing's Curse is a instrumental compelation of eerie songs fit for the Halloween season. Much like what Trans Siberian Orchestra is for Christmas.

A local radio station was hosting a costume contest before the concert. We missed the contest, but enjoyed the concert immensely. After the concert, Dee and the band were signing autographs and posing for pictures in the lobby.

I didn't get into 80's Hair Bands until the 90's. I listened to New Kid's on the Block in the 80's.

You might be thinking of their song "We're Not Gonna Take It". A couple of their songs were popular radio ones, but that one gets played the most, I think.

Twisted Sister is Andy's fave band of all time so this was a real treat for him.
