    good news

My therapist(outside of falling in love with Daisy) says I'm doing real good! I have a follow up appointment with the surgeon on thursday. She told to ask the surgeon three questions: 1. If I can start using a cane, 2. If I'm healed enough to go to outpaitent therapy, 3. If I could START DRIVIVG!! I hope the answer to all three is: YES!!

    That's great news David.

I'm glad to hear you are doing well. Keep it up.

I also hope and pray that the answers to all three questions will be YES, YES, YES.

That's great! I hope you'll be able to say YES to all three!

    Take care, anyway!

Wednesday I'm going outside for a session with my therapist and I'm going to find out if my car still starts! It has been sitting outside for two weeks and I hope the battery is still good!

Awesome David! That's a pretty speedy recovery, and aren't you glad it's over and done with finally? If you get behind that wheel in a few days, don't forget to come home to the girls!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
