We took the dogs hiking at McKinney State Park in Austin. Gorgeous out there. I just love the hill country. It's so wild and primitive feeling.

Here's everybody getting their obligatory bluebonnet pic. Idj managed to roll in poop right before her pic, if you're wondering what that lovely looking goop is on her neck. My two, side stepped the poop, so as not to get dirty.

Thanks aly! I just love that area up there. Especially the rock formations. Pedernales and Enchanted Rock are 2 of my fave places, but they're about 4-5 hours away from me. Now that I found McKinney at only 2 and a half hours, I'll definitely be heading back to that park. Maybe the next Texas get together can be there.

Oh Par, what beautiful pictures. I just love taking the dogs hiking like that, haven't really done it yet this year but your pictures really make me want to soon! I can't even begin to express how beautiful Oz is, I so enjoy seeing him. Murph is such a cutie and Idgie is adorable.. but ick! poop rolling! lol
