Peanut Butter w/his full winter Lion's mane!

Every winter Peanut Butter comes into his full Lion glory. His mane gets huge and he looks like a mini lion running around. I'm so thankful that he likes to be brushed!!
I'm sorry the pictures aren't that great. I'm going to have to adjust my flash I think. Anyway, here ya go!

He looks funny here because he was making biscuits on my chair and thats why he has the half closed eyes and humped up back, but the picture shows his mane.


He looks like he should be laying on a rock in Africa waiting for the girls to bring him dinner!


Then he decided it was play time with me. He bites very gentle love bites but those PAWS!! OUCH!



Then it was nap time in my lap. I love it when he snuggles!!

Jen it amazes me too that he and Stubby are brother and sister. I think Stubby was the runt and not real healthy. When they finally began to trust me enough that I could sit on the porch and they would stay nearby I could hear her wheezing alot. It was really bad during the heat of summer. When I finally got them in and put her in air conditioning it just stopped. She vet checked ok but I think she may have had some asthma.
She was always active but a little eater and she still is. A few bites and she is full. If I were to shave her I think the mice would laugh in her face she would be so small!!
Lucky, the other brother, is about normal size. Last vet trip he was about 12 lbs.
Peanut Butter never seemed sickly like the other two. I think he was healthy from the get go and just grew and grew and grew and GREW!!!

I don't know how a cat could look happier than PB does in this picture. He is soooo adorable!

And I love the "lying on a rock waiting for dinner" pic. He certainly is one handsome fella!

And Peanut's mane seems to be more pronounced during winter too. I guess I never really noticed until you mentioned it though.

OMEGOSH!! I can NEVER get enough of Peanut Butter. He is so magnificent in these pictures!! Those paws are incredibly huge and he DOES look like a lion. OMEGOSH!!!! Gotta run find my own orangie and give him a hug......
