Oh, sweet Corkie, my heart is yours! The last time I lived with a tuxie was when I was 9 years old--Sir Oliver he was. He, too, had a strong bond with a dog, our Saint Bernard, Amanda. As a small kitten, he would burrow into Amanda's long fur and try to nurse on her. If it got too annoying, Amanda would rise and leave the room, Ollie either riding along or being shaken off, depending on his position.

Be proud of your corkscrew tail, little girl, you never know when it might come in handy!
