Noah, the biggest rat will sometimes get Chester, the smallest rat on his back after chasing and catching him. Is this playing or fighting? If it's fighting, what should I do? Thank you!!!!!!!!

Rats do this all the time, they also like to box. hehe They will tackle eachother and force groom eachother to display affection and also dominance. They will squeek, which is normal and some rats are very vocal. If there isn't blood drawn than no need to worry.![]()

My rats do that 24/7, especially at night, causing such a rukus, I can't fall asleep.Originally posted by JGuitaristR

Daisy & Chloe are the youngest (only 4 months), and they have a lot of spunk, and love to beat up on Oscar and Fred. It's pretty cute to watch. Sometimes they get really nasty, and pin down eachother, and make eachother squeek. It looks like they are trying to kill one another.
Don't worry, what your rats are doing is normal. It's playing.![]()
