Please, if your dog is arthritic look into getting it Elk Velvet Antler. Look up my posts on it, PM me, or look it up on a search engine; but please if you love your dog and want it to live many more years consider this option. I've seen so many posts on here about dogs needlessly suffering. I can't make a new post about EVA every time so this plea is going here. EVA also helps with other ailments such as anemia.

Crow, wasn't that GREAT!!! A little bit of everything....precious puppies at birth, the dog/human bond, the dog/dog bond, a little doggie psych., obedience, and OH! the training and graduation of the golden ret. puppy as a seeing eye dog had me in tears!! Glad you got to see it!

i would have posted in the other thread, but i seen this one first. OMG! it had me in tears ! i'm sure you all know which part.
(what was weird, is that the dog had my SO's best friend's name!!! ...and it isn't like the name is THAT common )

i hope a lot of people watched it. i'm also glad, that they mentioned that not every breed is right for everyone. i mean, all of us here could probally write a lengthy report on the show ...lol

Alicia started a topic on the same thing, Sandra! Helen and I watched it, with the occasional "woof" from Honey and Lilly too! That was a terrific program.

ya know what's odd. King didn't really pay much attention to the show until they showed the puppies in the pund. he heard their whines and stuff, and turned to the screen, ears on full alert. we think he knew something was wrong.

We watched that program last night and it was wonderful, brought the tears to my eyes especially when the little girl turned the Golden over to her new owner and when it showed the Mama dog having her puppies. I wish there was more t.v. like that on, some of the programs are so stupid these days.

Thanks for pointing that out, Karen . It was probably knocked askew when I removed the clothing that was drapped over chairs in the first pictures I took.
