Emily's and Bob's one-month Gotcha was July 25th.I rescued them on June 25th, although it was the 27th and 28th before they were released from the pen. Sorry I didn't post earlier, but I've been battling allergies and am on Prednisone. Yech, but at least my sinuses don't feel like they are being attacked by ants.
Anyway, Things are improving for Emily, Bob, and the entire Kitty Kwintet. For whatever reasons, food time is peaceful, perhaps because because I've never stinted mine when someone got greedy, so food fights are rare. I can't even remember the last time any of mine fought over food.
Sam is no longer so grumpy, and Spunky and Jane are real troopers.
Emily really likes Eagle Holistic Dry and loves the Salmon and Shrimp canned. She either isn't starving anymore or Sam punked her out when I wasn't looking, but she no longer tries to take others' food. Yet, she has no issues with parking her petite body wherever she chooses. She does like to drag laundry, clean or dirty.I think it's when she is in emotional distress, but I'm not sure. I've come home to find a trail of socks down the hallway.
Bobis still very skittish. When something or someone makes a noise, he takes off. He is improving and loves the cat tree in the bedroom. He plays with the wand like there's no tomorrow. He has traded boxing jabs with Jane and Spunky individually. He's not cat-snuggly yet, but he is learning. He does like to snuggle with me.
I'll see about getting some more pictures up. And while I have the diffuser in the litter room, I haven't yet sprayed with the can of Feliway.
