A visit at the animal park

The weather was nice, cold and sunny so we decided to visit an animal park that is not too far away. It only has animals that live in Europe and the good thing is: most of the vegetarians can run free. You can buy food for them and of course that makes them very friendly.
I had really dirty hands from all the deer who ate rye and barley from my hand

This tiny lamb was too far away- it always kept behind his family



There were lots of peacocks



This goose didn't feel too safe on the ice


The snow owl has her own down jacket



The bobcats did what cats do best


The fox behaved kitty-like, too

I wish I had been with you on your visit to the animal park - they all look so well fed and healthy I especially love the bobcats and the snow owl (have always wanted to see a REAL snow owl) and that little baby lamb is adorable. Ah well they're all gorgeous

The fox is such a pretty color and I too love the snow owl! Do they get a different color when it is not winter?
