    Great checkup!

I had an appointment with my PCP this afternoon. She told me I lost 4 pounds since I last saw her. My blood sugar level was at 129 which is pretty good. I still have the A-FIB, but it's still the same which is good. While I was there I got a flu shot. I like appointments that are this good!

Sis, I mainly lost them by working at my job and not eating so much. Since my groundskeepers job is physically active I basically just walked them off, almost literally!

Great David! Walking will take the weight off of you, I lost 17 pounds in 7 weeks when Eddie had his accident, just walking all over that hospital and I ate like a horse every day. That inspired me so I decided to loose all the weight I had put on since I started working on the boats. I started eating healthier, ate all day long, just ate healthier foods. In the last 3 years, I have lost about 45 pounds.

Recent blood work came out perfect, my cholesterol was so low that soon as they told me what it was, I went and bought myself some fried chicken and a chocolate cake! I find I feel a lot better when mine is around 250 and it was way below that and I did it WITHOUT their drugs!
