I am thinking of getting one of these.
Any tips? Size? Resolution? Prices coming down? Do you get what you pay for?
Thanks!

I'd go with either 1080i or 1080p. 1080i is a little lower quality, but I don't think many, if any, shows air in 1080p. If you have a HD DVD player, a Blu-ray player, or a PS3 then you'll probably want 1080p.
I'm not sure about prices.

Got one a year ago and LOVE it!
I did a bit of on line research, checked some review pages. Consumer Reports is a great reference.
I have an entertainment center, needed it to fit in that, and to max the screen, needed a model with the speakers below the screen. Don't know if that will apply for you. Just make sure you take measurements if you eed them!

I like to read the reviews on CNET as well... here's the link for their television reviews. You can narrow it down however to your preferences:

I don't know a ton about them...I recently got a 32" flatscreen for $600 (cnd) and I LOVE it.
