    Introducing Layla and Ozzy

    Hi everyone,

As you might have guessed I am a "soft touch" when it comes to cats (but aren't we all ). I belong to a network of foster homes that cares for pets when soldiers are deloyed from the area. Not that I have any room, but I am taking care of Layla and Ozzy right now (and looking for a long term foster home). Their dad was deployed to Iraq and only given a week to get things in order, so they are staying with me right now.

    So here goes...

This is Ozzy and he is 15 years old so he pretty much sleeps (preferably in a sun beam) or eats...

This is Layla, who definitely has "tortitude" to spare but she likes to "help" me when I am knitting or weaving...

Layla and Ozzie are so gorgeous. I comend you for taking in these sweet kits. It is so sad that their dad had to go away, but I am so happy that they are safe with you.

I think it is so great that someone thought about their animals and made a place for them to go and be safe until they can come back home. Thanks for doing this!

Awwww, they're beautiful! Welcome to PT, Layla and Ozzy! Ozzy looks to me like like Eddie (brother to Edwina Rose) and JJJ3, two other handsome grey and white PT kitty guys.

Ozzy is kind of like a really skinny JJJ3 (but I am working on putting some weight on the boy!)

Layla has learned that if she sits on my lap and leans her head against me looking up at me with adoring eyes I will give her almost anything It certainly did not take her long to figure out my soft spot...

How wonderful that you opened your home & heart to these lovely kitties; their dad must be SO relieved that someone is taking good care of them...he has enough to worry about.

They are beautiful; Ozzy looks like my RB Buzzy and Layla certainly does have catitude!!
Loving meowmie to Archy & Binky (RIP my sweet boy 10/13/10)

They are so cute- I think Layla looks a little sad. I'm so glad they are safe with you and hope their dad is back soon.

They are lovely and thank you for taking them in! I got my Panda and Sammy from a soldier who was getting divorced and had no one left to care for them.

Hmmmm, I wonder if we could send e-mails to their human while he's overseas? Just to let him know he is being thought about.
