    BSL in the People's Republic of Massachusetts

    Massachusetts lawmakers are considering BSL in the state congress.

    What is BSL?

    I think I've seen the term BSL on Pet Talk before - what does it mean?

    Indiana turned down BSL in our state. I was so proud of how all the dog
    groups worked together to oppose it. Hope they can do the same in Mass.
