    Welcome Frank and companions

Well, we have 8 new residents in the pond.

There were smallmouth bass and carp, but this past winter was so harsh they were killed. We've been restocking the pond with minnows and bluegill, and decided to add a little color courtesy of a little prodding by Angel's Human.

SO, in addition to the new batch of minnows, we have 8 Koi; Frank, Cow, and 6 others who have yet to acquire names.

And just FYI to the forum, we have an underwater camera en route so we can take pics of Frank, Cow and entourage.

Can one of the as-of-yet unnamed ones be named Herbie? Paul named all his beloved childhood goldfish Herbie ...

Angel's Human has seen the Koi.

The other short human has seen the koi.

However, other than one sighting of Frank, I haven't seen the koi since releasing them in the pond. Are they being coy koi?
