I would take your sweeties in a heartbeat! And I know how you feel on that note, too. One person mentioned my sweet Duke. I really don't like those threads because someone always ends up getting hurt. The place is too big for them not to, you know? That's why I never reply to them.

Didn't want to bring this thread back down but I saw that after not being on computer much.

I love all of the dogs of Pet Talk. That's why I didn't say I would filch any of them, because we were only allowed one. There was no "all of the above" choice.

Karen, I appreciate your post very much. I understand what you meant and I think everyone else does too. It's so good to know that I am important and am helping to make a difference or do anything for anybody! We are different from the rest, especially in being avid animal lovers (devoted fans? ;D ). We are all fabric pieces of an important cat/dog/ferret/horse/rat/bird/betta/etc loving quilt. :D

k9krazee, I have been following your college thread. It makes me overjoyed to hear that you are going to continue your education and go on to greater things. I, also, very much enjoy pictures of all your pooches, Kyra and Mini, especially because they remind me so much of my parents dogs.

Of course, that would not be filching Karen. ;) I am sure Spanky (Soni and Isis too!) would have followed you right into bed to get those snacks!

This post was not meant to offend so I am sorry if it did.

I hope that this does not go down as a judgement against my character. I was honestly trying to keep anything positive from going to shambles.

I will say this though, when Jimmy was going through all this stuff, vet visits, surgeries, medications, a lot of people were really supportive. That really meant a lot to me. Aspen and Misty pm'ed me about it yesterday just to see how Jim was doing. That kind of stuff really makes my day. This is site is about animals and people. If people don’t particularly like me it makes me happy that they like my animals.

I never read those threads where you pick one person or animal over
all others.The thread starter probably mean well, but it's basicly picking
one over another & usually leads to hurt feelings along the way.As to some
people avoiding all your posts, I know it happens but haven't a clue why.
It just does. I have 7 cats yet any time I post on the "cat side", I am lucky
to get anyone to post a response. Why? Who knows? It's just the way it is.

Life is much to short to let little things get to us or get us down.This forum
has so much to offer in many other areas & ,by & large, a great group of people to learn from. Enjoy. ;)
