Very interesting, Staci. PB with the other ingredients. There's a combination I never would have come up with.:)

Staci- I have found that nuking the beans, in the liquid, always make a creamier batch.

I do want to try the white bean hummus, too. The only thing I dislike about making it is the stupid tahini sauce is SO hard to mix well.

debbie mentioned her son's recipe with PB -so I checked the internet and sure enough they recommend PB instead of Tahini! :)
