Jaime, you should give it a go. Does Samantha like tennis balls?
Sure. They're toys, so she likes them. There are two things though - one, I don't know of anything like this around here; and two, Samantha can't go off-leash. She'd be in California in the blink of an eye!
The off leash thing is all in the training, i said the same thing about Clover.Quote:

Have you tried the club finder at www.flyball.org that might be a help and the clubs would be able to advise you of any pre training needed. :D
No, but I will now! Thanks! :)
Good luck in your search. :D
This Flyball sounds like so much fun! I don't think I've ever seen it before. What a great way to spend time with your pups and get some competeing in as well. I would love to see it.
Congrats and Well Done!!
Robin :)
Thanks Robin :). If it was not for Flyball the bond i have with Clover may not have ever formed (We were having canine/ human problems) but once we learnt to work together everything fell into place.
people, can you go to dog games and post, no one has posted yet;)
Anywho, BACK ON TOPIC...
Thanks for the link, cloverfdx. I am going to do some research and find out what they have in my area. :)
Rhiannon, when you mentioned the dog attack, you said so little about it I figured it was nothing too serious or that the dog was gotten control of as soon as she started to attack. I certainly did not mean to seem like I didn't care or brushed it off, I guess I just thought if it had been too traumatic an event you would have elaborated more. I am glad Clover is okay, hope she wasn't too traumatized. What exactly happened? I guess I just thought it was one of the normal snarl/snapping incidents that happen at times and not a serious attack.
Was it serious? I didn't get that either... :( What happened?
Jessica thats ok, Clover and Elvis were tied up to one of the dog trailers whilst we were packing everything up and Meg and her Mum (Human) were walking past and out of nowhere Meg latched onto Clovers neck luckily Clover did not fight back.
When Meg first started at Flyball she was ALWAYS Challenging and fighting with Clover we allowed them to get it out of their systems (Meg won Clover backed down and no-one was hurt) and had no problems at all up untill a few months ago Meg has started her crap again but Clover always backs down now.
