What kind of training treats do you give to your dog?

I saw them aswell, i think they are for birds and other small animals. My dogs were not impressed with greenie chips they wanted the big bones. :D

Beanie LOVES the greenies! i also give him beggin strips,rawhide chips,serloin tips i order from Drs foster & Smith.

Jen, if you go for the freeze dried liver, test it first. Schnaggles gets dreadful diarrhoea if we give him more than 3-4 little pieces. :(

Usually I use her dog food, but I will sometimes buy the old Mother Hubbard Meaties, she likes those.:)

Ok, I will keep an eye. I am going to cut all the treats real small tonite. I have already cut them small, but now I want them smaller.

I want to know if I cut them really small, the doggies should still be able to taste them??

I bought some stinky freeze dried liver. Oh my! Gigi went crazy over it. She was barking when I was breaking it into small pieces. ;)

For agility training I have a bunch of 3 dog bakery's "Jump n' Sit Bits." They are small little crunchy bites...Nebo really likes the PB flavored ones.

For extra special training treats I use roll-over type dog food cut into tiny pieces. He goes nuts for that!!

Of course he likes pretty much everything.......and he has just about every type of treat imaginable.....so I just named the training ones. :)

For training i use dried lung for the petshop (it stinks but works, and cheap)
and normal treats
Jumbones
Selction of biscuits
Rawhide
This wierd stuff thats like dired skin in a long roll
Crunchy sticks
Denta sticks
Roasted bones
The list is endless

I give Finn either dehydrated hot dog bits, cheerios, or freeze dried liver treats. YUMMY!
