Kim,
You and me BOTH!!! :D
When I first saw the price, I thought, okay, for $79. I can do that. Especially since I'm now in the process of replacing my litterboxes one by one (they're kinda old and need it). But once I saw the correction in the price, I had the same reaction as Kim.
Mary,
My sentiments exactly!! LOL!Quote:
for that kind of money, I hope the maid is walking behind kitty and wiping his behind!!

[B]holy cr*p!! you paid $300.00 for a litter pan?
whoa! for that kind of money, I hope the maid is walking behind kitty and wiping his behind!!
I'm interested in applying for that job of kitty @$$wiper,if it pays well.
I feel like I'm the maid already with the fosters. I have to go clean the 'suites' now.
:p
Now, Snowy would not have anything to do with those 'granules'. If he doesn't have his clumping litter he will 'eliminate' on say, the sofa...in protest.
I have to agree with KIm , that the water bills would be very high. Although with arthritis and old age setting in , it would eliminate a lot of work. My only concern is that my Cats are , I think , too old to change thier ways , something that Cats are not very good at.
I would love to have a better litterbox, one that I did not have to scoop 2-3 times a day, but I think they are not what they are cracked up to be, or may be dangerous, or at the very least would scare the cat then possibly cause litter box problems, so..I will stick with the ones I have and just keep scooping.. just keep rockin' or something like that!
Are you kidding??? My cats wouldn't go anywhere near it. I can't even convert them to a new kind of cat litter. And the price???? Sorry, too rich for my blood. I'm still young enough to bend and scoop.
What will they think of next??
LMAO. The manufacturor must NOT have a cat to think no harm is done if the cat doesn't exit. Besides.. if you scare a cat near the litterbox..we all know what kinds of potty problems can develop!Quote:

One concern is that the box won’t sense when a cat is in it. The manufacturer says that the water and noise is enough to scare a cat away, however no harm is done if the cat refuses to exit the box. That said, imagine how you’d feel if your bathroom suddenly filled up with several inches of detergent-laced water and the toilet made blender noises.
And for the price?!!!!
Interesting to see what non cat owning manufacturors come up with though isn't it!!! Cuz i just KNOW whomever came up with that, did not have a cat. No auto sense kitty mode?! shame shame shame!!!!
Mary, I didn't buy it as soon as I realised the price - it's nearly $600 in our currency! And I'm not too keen on the Cuisinart noise - the manufacturers definitely don't own cats ...
Nicole, yeah I realize that now... sorry!
I could see Nakita taking one look at that machine in action and never going near it again because of the fear of the 'noisy monster'.
;)
lol that litter box is a little much i think.
Wow, I think that litter box is only for the rich people!I know I wouldn't pay that much. I think that very busy people could use it too:p LOL, what if your cat decides that they don't like that litter box and won't use it? hehe
AMEN to that! :eek:Quote:

Well if u can afford it why not, i like the one shown on here earlier the roll away kind, have never seen them in nz, maybe i should find out about importing them, can anyone tell me how much those ones are in usa.
Yes that deluxe model is around 600 in our currency too, way beyond my means, i am trying to save up for a covered one for lexie, thats my budget lol
I would love to have one, so clean and neat. But, I think, Juni might be afraid of the noisy monster.
