As they were one of the first to donate, I think letting it be known publicly was done to inspire/pressure other celebrities to do the same.

well the rumors of them splitting and not splitting have been going on for quite sometime. Everytime I pass the magazine rack the front page has something about the jolie/pitt/anison love triangle lol

If it is true I am not at all surprised, every magazine i ever read, had rumours they were splitting ,she wanted to adopt more kids, he did not, etc etc,it is the children i feel sorry for ,as always they are the casualties in all of this.
