Mary Lake is considered a "dead lake" by the gov't biologists as no fish live in it. It freezes to the bottom in the winter so fish wouldn't survive in it. However, the lake was full of life today--tons of ducks and other water birds and a family of beavers!

I had to go back and look....that's the SAME place??? WOW!!! You sure live in a neat place!! (I know I say at that all the time...I'm just so amused by this!!)
