Pics of Julie from the new gal here, if it works!
This is my best and first girl, Julie Camille. She is the reason I fell in love with cats! She is 7 and has lupus. She does ok though as long as she gets her depomedrol shot monthly. She won a spot in the Workman Publishing 365 Cats Calendar back in 2001. I love her more than anything on earth! We take our daily walks on a harness and leash and it is her favorite thing, beside being brushed! Hope I can post pics correctly.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
Ain't she pretty? I call her Beautiful or Pretty Beautiful and she knows she is!
When she has a lupus flare up, her nose pad turns black, her skin gets all peely and half of her fur falls out. Her gorgeous bright green eyes get all weird and foggy. Plus, she gets rheumatoid arthritis like pain in her legs (for those who asked). It was such a hard time figuring out what she had, but once we did, a monthly shot and she is just fine. The only time she has a flare up would be if I didn't get her that shot on time, each month. Of course, I never miss because she shouldn't suffer like that. Spring seems to be the worse time for her so we are especially rigid with our vet appointments from February through May. And my beloved vet, the only one who could figure out what was wrong wioth her, moved out of state! I am so devastated about it. So, anyone near Ocean City Maryland, go visit him at Ocean City Animal Hospital. You'll love him. He kisses and hugs all the animals even the wild ones (like my Roger) who have given him some serious scars already. Doesn't matter to him, he loves them just the same.
