I prefer it packed in water. Can't stand the taste of the oil.

A fresh piece of Ahi doesn't taste anything like fish.
It melts in your mouth and is so sweet.
Sushi isn't just tuna. You can get veggie rolls, shrimp and other types of rolls.
My fave is a type of roll with a spicy tuna salad, with green sprouts in a nori sheet rolled into a cone.

I agree Richard. Sushi would be the ultimate use of really good tuna. I just LOVE it!:love: Like buttu!
Theres a very good Japanese Buffet with all sorts of different sushi there, not to mention Hibachi cooked Meats and some interesting vegetable dishes.
