Chuck looks like he has some sort of Eye infection. I would get him to a vet ASAP. I had a wild duck that I was caring for get something like that, and he shortly passed away!

Maggie - Thanks for the info. I wish I could take him to the vet, but I'm not sure my parents would go for it. I guess I won't know unless I ask, though.
Your ducks are very cute! I would definatly talk to your parents about taking Chuck to a vet. I couldn't sit and watch an animal suffer like that.
If they will not ge him the help he needs, than he needs to be surrendered to the local(no Kill) animal shelter so he can get the care he needs. Birds get sick and die very quickly!Quote:
