Hi,
my name is Jack. I live in Ms. Smith's first grade classroom at
Foothill Elementary. I love to sit on the kids' laps as they read to
me! Sometimes I nibble the books! I squeak for carrots and parsley.
Jack and Ginger are held
constantly during the day, and read to. The teacher comes
in on weekends, and they go home with her on vacations.
Jack is the biggest character. He talks to everyone all day. Both
guinea pigs' cages are right in our "meeting circle" (where
the class gathers for stories, sharing and group discussions) so the
guinea pigs get attention all day long!
