    Early Arrival

I wasn't suppose to have me baby until Dec. 6, but he got in a hurry. On Nov. 13, we welcomed our son, Samuel Alexander, nicknamed Lex, into the world. He was 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and 19 1/4 inches long. Not bad to be a month early.

And I wanted to update on Dixie Belle. The last time I posted was to tell ya'll that she has a severe back injury, and we weren't sure if we were going to have to put her to sleep or not. Good news is that she seems to be getting better every day. She doesn't move around a lot, but that is good. It will give the injury time to heal. She can walk, and go to the bathroom, which was a huge concern.

Anyway, hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.
My pets are usually pleased with what I do, because they are not inflected with the concept of what I SHOULD be doing. My time is owned by: Missie,Thor, and Trinity!

Congratulations on your early arrival! Glad to hear both you and he are okay. Over 7 lbs for a month early is really great. Samuel Alexander is a cute name and I like Lex for short.

Dixie Belle, keep taking it easy and heal quickly!
