    Windows

Please remember if you're going to leave your dog in the car. please roll the window 1/4 to 1/2 down but not all the way down.
The idea is to give your dog air and to stay cool but not to get out. I work in a grocery store where I was putting a shopping cart back outside ans along came this dog wanting to get into the store. She almost got hit twice. I made anounement over the store intercomand ind in 2 minutes flat a lady came and was gratful to me but she thought leaving the window all the down her dog wouldn't try to get out. Please care about your dogs and think before you act.

Absoultely. It drives me crazy to see a dog locked in a car, especially in this heat.

Why would you tell people to leave their dogs locked in their car?

Only time I leave my dog is to run into the bank or post office. They are three blocks away from my house and Autumn likes the ride. I wouldn't even bring my dogs if I were going to the store.

This is one of my pet peeves, DON'T leave a dog in your car, period when it's hotter than blazes out! Last time I went to Wal-mart, there was this poor little dog in the car w/ just a crack of the window down, we came back out and the dog was STILL there!! That pisses me off to no flippin' end!

We leave Cagney in the car sometimes. Never when it is to hot out and we are careful about the windows but he likes it and he loves car rides. When you are doing it properly I dont see the big deal.

If you want to take your dog for a ride take it for a ride, but dont leave it in the car..I think that is awfull.. If I cant take SammyJ in, I dont take him,If i want to take him for a ride I take him to my sisters and leave him there and pick him up on the way home, hes had his ride and outing and visiting and was comfortable and happy and with someone all the time..

Yes, I have, but 99.9 % of the time...I go in with them. Why would you want to leave your dog in a car when it's hotter than blazes out?? let alone a child.
