    Brodie's Neuter *Update*

Just wanted to let everyone know . . .

I talked to the vet at 4 today and Brodie is fine. He was still groggy at 4 but they were getting ready to see if he would eat & drink.

I can pick him up first thing in the morning! (YAY!!!)

Thanks again to everyone for your thoughts & prayers! This has probably been harder on me than it has him! Just one more night though!

BTW, Josie is going out of her mind looking for him . . . she seems very concerned. And I still hear her crying for him evey now and then. It's the saddest thing!

Glad he is alright and will be home in the morning so "Mama Josie" can calm down and tend to him.. That is so sad but sweet how she is missing him.

YIPPEEE, little Brodie is coming home in the morning! Oh, he will be just fine ... you probably won't notice much difference in him at all... maybe just a little more cleaning back there!

I knew everything would go well with little Brodie. Don't forget now Christa, when Brodie comes home, he will have that nasty vet smell on him, so don't be surprised if Josie is a little standoffish with him for a while. The next day should go better.

Chipper was kept overnight also, but I was able to pick him up after 6:00 p.m. the next day. When they brought him out to me, he was still a little groggy and I cried when I saw him. Later that night after he slept for awhile, he was as good as new.

Give little Brodie kissies for me when you go and get him.

Oh Christa - I am glad everything went well and don't get there too early or you have to wait in your car

That is sweet to hear about Josie missing and crying for him - Emily did this too!!

Your vet is really careful and that is enough to make you feel secure about using them!!

    Maybe some pictures tomorrow??
