    So what's for breakfast? ;)

    We have done the dinner thread before, and I was just sitting here eating breakfast, and wondered what people all over the world have for breakfast I know some skip it altogether.

    I am back on the South Beach diet, so i am having 2 scrambled eggs with cheese...and water, and some coffee...

    Hubby needs to reduce his cholesterol so we have had nothing but oatmeal each morning for about a month here. This morning was maple & brown sugar. Lots of things you can do with oatmeal! Yesterday was raisins and a few pecans

    Some bagels with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, some sour cream, and CHEESE! You gotta love that combination! I always mix things up, I love cooking and I do an awesome job doing it.
